Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to guide patients toward recovery and sustained mental wellness. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of our clinic. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychologists, counselors, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources. Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest research and therapeutic modalities in the mental health field. Patient Population / Client Focus You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic serves individuals of all ages—ranging from children to seniors—each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches to address their unique situations and improve their quality of life. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Active LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado. Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapy and various psychotherapeutic interventions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for effective patient engagement. Proficiency in utilizing telehealth tools and technology to deliver care remotely. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting or community health clinic. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information efficiently. Experience in crisis intervention and utilizing de-escalation techniques. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
