Do you have compassion and leadership skills that drive your everyday living yourself? Whitmarsh is a CARF accredited agency providing programs for adults with intellectual challenges. Currently we are seeking part time and Per Diem community based Direct Support Professionals for all shifts. Applicants will be working with community based clients to support them in their everyday living. Staffing activities include, but are not limited to: assisting in daily living and independent living skills; problem solving skills, social skills development; educational advocacy; self-care training; behavioral management; community integration; job search training; assisting with ISP goals and all required documentation, and transportation. Previous experience a plus. All applicants must undergo a BCI check and have a valid driver's license. Competitive hourly wage.
