(DSP) CRCF #9 /3rd shift (ladies) Conway area 3 0 hr./$15.62 per hr. worked + .50¢ more per hour/hours worked from 12 am-8 am + $1.00 for location differential Sign-On Bonus Available! Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community? Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Conway area. As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day. $500 Sign-On Bonus $250 after 45 days of employment $250 after 90 days of employment
What You'll Do:
✅ Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed ✅ Promote independence and community inclusion ✅ Monitor safety and provide overnight support ✅ Complete required documentation and reports ✅ Support individual goals and quality of life Schedule WEEK 1
