Job Title:

Personal Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry.
• Accompany individuals to appointments or outings as required.
• Engage in conversation and provide companionship to promote social interaction.
• Monitor and report any changes in the individual's physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Assist special needs children.

Skills:

• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need of personal care.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or assisting with mobility.

Note:
