Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper patient transfer Provide compassionate companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being. Qualifications Prior experience working in home health environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to observe patients carefully and respond promptly to their needs. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities enhances your ability to provide specialized support. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
