We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for both day (6AM-6PM) and night (6PM-6AM) shifts at our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Simpsonville, SC. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting daily living activities (hygiene, meals, routines) Monitoring and engaging with individuals throughout your shift Implementing behavioral and therapeutic interventions Ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment Documenting behaviors, activities, and incidents accurately Collaborating with clinical, medical, and operations teams Participating in recreational and community-based activities What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years or older Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Strong communication skills and patience Ability to stay engaged, alert, and responsive throughout shift Basic computer skills Schedule 12-hour shifts (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM) Rotating schedule: work only 7 days every 14 days Built-in work-life balance with extended time off between shifts Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Generous PTO + Paid Holidays Additional benefits: Short-Term Disability, AD&D, FSA About Broadstep Behavioral Health For over 45 years, Broadstep has provided compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and co-occurring conditions.
