Must had med certification and CPR Engage client in meaningful activities tailored to their interests and abilities, fostering social interaction and mental stimulation. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to infection control protocols. Observe patient behavior for fever or seizures or other illness Follow resident's rights policies diligently while supporting autonomy and respecting individual preferences. Experience Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly valued. Experience in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is preferred. Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques such as vital signs measurement and patient observation is essential. Hands-on experience with manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts or patient transfer methods ensures safety during mobility assistance.
