Starting Pay:

$17.00 Swing Shift Schedule Every 2

Weeks:

1st week: Monday 2:00 pm

• 10:00 pm Tuesday 2:00 pm
• 10:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am
• 10:00 pm Sunday 10:00 am
• 10:00 pm 2nd week: Wednesday 9:00 am
• 10:00 pm Thursday 9:00 am
• 10:00 pm Friday 9:00 am
• 10:00 pm From 4 pm-10 pm Monday-Thursday, you receive $ 1 more per hour shift differential. On the weekends, from Friday at 4 pm to Monday
• 8 am $1 more per hour shift differential

Basic Purpose The DSP is responsible for the efficient operation of the shift assigned to them by their immediate supervisor. The DSP must maintain a clinical and authoritative relationship with each resident while providing the best treatment and care possible. The responsibilities of the DSP include but are not limited to the following: Duties Maintain order and clinical flow of each shift according to the shift schedule. Plan and activate group activities along with the other shift DSP according to the outcome of the goal group decisions. Attend required staff meetings. Work collaboratively with all Residential Staff to maintain the highest quality of Residential care. Maintain strong communication with all employees to ensure the strength and continuity of the Residential Program. Be present in all group therapy sessions pertaining to the shift to which they are assigned. Maintain active leadership in group therapy to help guide the residents to a positive outcome. Follow all clinical plans set forth by program requirements and the Clinical Executive Director of SteppenStone Youth Treatment Services. Qualifications High School Diploma with some college preferred. Maintain a Valid Tennessee Driver's License with an "F" Endorsement. Ability to maintain focus on the Clinical needs of each resident. Ability to follow clinical and residential treatment plans and policies of the program. Capability to train on and understand the type of population served by Counseling and Consultation Services, Inc. Positive Self-motivator. Ability to take direction from the Direct Care Manager. Adaptable to change.
