Full-time staff must work 3-4 days each week. Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker/Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a supported living environment for individuals with disabilities. $1 per hour raise is offered for candidates who are medication administration certified with the state of TN. Duties Assist individual's supported with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating for 12-hour shifts. Provide support in administering medications at several times throughout the day. Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals by adhering to infection control protocols. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Provide emotional support and companionship to foster care youth. Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills related to critical care and other specialized areas. Requirements Must be able to work in a supported living setting. Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual and physical disabilities. Must be able to multi-task. Previous experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Proficiency in using EMR systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others . Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including lifting and moving patients safely.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 48.0 per week
