Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily living activities, including cooking, dressing, grooming, and household routines Encourage independence, personal choice, problem-solving, and achievement of individual goals Help people participate in community activities and build meaningful relationships Monitor and report physical, emotional, and behavioral needs to the care team Administer medications and follow individual medical and support plans Implement behavior-support plans using positive, respectful approaches Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment Complete accurate documentation and communicate important updates with the team Ready to make a difference in your community while building a meaningful career? Requirements:
