The DSP Float provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect. Schedule appointments and outings for individuals, coordinate and provide transportation for individuals to and from the community Establish and maintain individual's medical records, both active and inactive, in accordance with established policies and procedures Qualifications What makes you a great fit : Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
