Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Assist with medications following prescribed schedules and protocols Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control standards Document care activities and communicate updates to healthcare teams effectively Skills Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments Familiarity working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate support and effective communication Capable of managing behavior challenges through patience and positive reinforcement techniques Valid driver's license preferred for driving residents or running community errands No criminal record.
