Responsibilities Front Desk Duties
- Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing check-in/check-out Pre-Testing
- Assisting with basic eye exams and using diagnostic equipment (we'll train you!) Insurance & Billing
- Verifying benefits, collecting co-pays, and helping patients understand their coverage Maintaining a Clean & Organized Office
- Ensuring all spaces are tidy, sanitized, and welcoming Providing 5-Star Patient Service
- Making every patient feel valued, comfortable, and cared for Optician Training
- Learn how to assist patients with frame styling, lens selection, and understanding their eyewear options Communication & Team Support
- Working closely with doctors and teammates to keep the day running smoothly Learning and Growing
- Being open to feedback, ongoing training, and stepping into new roles as needed Skills We're all about attitude, teamwork, and patient care — and while experience is a plus, we're happy to train the right person with the right personality !
