Note:
This is a permanent part-time position that is available in the La Rosita/Rio Grande City TX, area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. Performing basic health care services for patients, including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. Helping with general light housekeeping. Making transportation arrangements as needed. Working with a nurse, personal care aide, CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals. Observing and reporting on patient's condition. Keeping up with in-service training.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation. Must have valid Texas Driver's License or ID. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Have good personal hygiene. Able to do light housekeeping.
Schedule:
Friday Hours are from 2:00 pm
  • 6:00 pm. Saturday Hours are from 12:15 pm
  • 6:00 pm. Sunday Hours are from 12:15 pm
  • 1:45 pm.
Total of 12 hours and 15 minutes of regular hours per week. Pay rate is $14.00 per hour.
