We are looking for an experienced home health aide to work in one of our local communities and assist clients in a variety of ways. The right candidate should be capable of helping clients with a variety of tasks, such as filling out forms, assisting with paperwork and reminding patients about scheduled doctor appointments. The person in this position must also be willing to help with household chores and assist clients with basic medical needs

Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments. Communicate with physicians, family members, and staff. Handle confidential information. Adhere to HIPPA standards when communicating with patients and their families. Deliver medications and treatments. Understand the legal or financial ramifications of one's decisions. Be compassionate toward patients and their families.
