Office Coordinator - Home Health & Hospice Atlas Homecare & Hospice is hiring! Are you organized, dependable, and great at keeping things moving in a fast-paced office? Do you enjoy helping people, multitasking, and being an important part of a healthcare team? Atlas Homecare & Hospice is looking for a full-time Office Coordinator to join our busy home health and hospice office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting patients, families, referral sources, and clinical staff. What You'll Do Answer and manage incoming phone calls Assist with home health and hospice intake and referrals Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing faxes Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of clinical visits Help obtain and track insurance authorizations Communicate with insurance companies, physician offices, facilities, and referral sources Follow up on missing documentation, orders, and referral information Enter and maintain accurate information in electronic systems Support the clinical and administrative teams with daily office needs Help keep our busy office organized and running efficiently What We're Looking For Healthcare office or medical administrative experience preferred Home health or hospice experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to learn electronic medical record and office systems Previous experience with insurance authorizations or referral coordination is a plus Why Join Atlas?
