We are looking for a compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Living Professional . You provide a one on one support to assist all things that are day-to-day events to client with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Together, you will manage health & wellness, support personal cares, manage finances, grocery shop, and create meaningful days for our client. Responsibilities:
Provide support, motivation, and supervision to clients in the community Work directly with the individual to provide support in their daily routines Assist to reach their daily goals Accompany and support individuals to medical appointments or other community outings. Develop community integration activities Assist with meal preparation Provide training on all personal care or hygeine when necesary Help clients with medication reminders Collaborate with members of individual's support system Maintain confidentiality of all individuals supported
