Flexibility to complete daily documentation and some administrative tasks (such as chart auditing, answering office phone professionally, and direct call accordingly Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor residents' health status by taking vital signs and observing for changes in condition Support medication administration in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Document care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies and state regulations Engage clients in social activities, community outings, or recreational programs to promote socialization and mental stimulation Follow prescribed care plans for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory impairments Respond promptly to emergencies using CPR or first aid skills when required Administrative office task Help in planning and implementation of office tasks and support plans Basic housekeeping of the environment for sanitary purposes.
