Job Description
Home Health Personal Care Aide responsible for providing non-medical, hands-on support and assistances to individuals in their homes. The PCA helps clients with activities of daily living(ADLs) ensures their safety and comfort, and promotes independence and quality of life in accordance with individualized care plans. Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Assist with ambulation and transferring. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed-making, dishwashing and general tidiness. Offer companionship and engage in meaningful social interaction with clients. Observe and report changes in client's condition, behavior, or environment to the supervisor. Comply with all company policies, HIPAA regulations.
