Doss Estates, Inc. is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our dedicated team. Doss Estates is a group home that provides support to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD), with a mission of helping each individual live a meaningful, fulfilling life. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the heart and backbone of our organization . In this role, you will support individuals as they grow, learn, build independence, and experience the world around them. In the individuals' homes, DSPs assist with daily living and personal care tasks such as preparing meals, laundry, bathing, household cleaning, decorating, and engaging in games and activities. Just as importantly, DSPs help individuals stay active and involved in the community. Our team regularly takes individuals on outings and adventures including shopping trips, painting, bowling, fishing, hiking, camping, exploring local attractions, and even vacations. Doss Estates covers most expenses for DSPs when participating in community activities with the individuals we support.
