Major Duties Classification:

Drives additional sales through the indirect customer acquisition channel. Takes part in customer upgrade and retention campaigns. Participates as part of a creative team in developing plans and activities that promote the company's products and services.

Responsibilities Sales:

Primary duty is to answer sales calls. Calls are generated through all marketing tactics and customers calling in for information.

Upgrade Campaigns:

Makes outbound calls to create more double and triple plays and to assist current subscribers understand the benefits of buying additional services.

Customer Retention:

Expected to help with retention efforts. Contacts subscribers after they have been with the company a period of time (6 months, 1 year, etc.) to show appreciation. Calls customers as they "roll-off" promotions to assist the customer in understanding the value of the current promotion in an attempt to keep them on their current service level.

Website Inquiries:

Assists with all website leads. Ensures that all inquiries are contacted in a timely manner. Customer Follow-up After 7

Days:

Contacts new customers after their 1st week as customers ensuring satisfied with their initial interaction with the company, with the service and to explain additional services (VOD, PPV etc.)

Promote Customer Referral Program:

Helps customers understand how to take advantage of our referral program.

Promote VOD and PPV:

Plays a key role in promoting and educating customers on the company's product offerings. Promotes special PPV events (WWE fights, concerts etc.)

MDU Sales:

Sells company products and services to potential MDU customers via telephone and face-to-face.

Competitive Research:

Assists in the research on companies with competitive services and promotions. ISR's will assist as needed with the preparation and presence at the event.

Order Data Entry:

Inputs order and maintains customer database.

Reports for work on time and maintains a satisfactory attendance record.

Qualifications Technical Training or Knowledge:

Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.

Professional Training or Knowledge:

Knowledge of Seibel and Microsoft Office software preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum of one years' experience in Inside/Outside sales.

General Education or Equivalent:

High School Diploma required.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands are minimal and generally consistent with the performance of routine office duties. Must be able to communicate effectively to perform most job tasks. Majority of the day is spent sitting at a desk, working with computers, printers, files, and standard office equipment. Some of the day is spent walking, standing, and occasionally bending, stooping and sitting. Additionally, this position requires traveling by personal or Company vehicle to assist in events. Movement is required in the use of office equipment, supply locations, files, and other work locations and meeting rooms.
