High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of experience working with people with I/DD and/or MH preferred. Associate's degree in related field required. Ability to write daily progress notes in accordance with the individualized service plan (ISP). Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Must have own reliable, insured vehicle. Must pass state and federal background check. Starting salary of $17/Hr. based upon experience and education.
