Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and attentive Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide high-quality in-home care and assistance. The ideal candidate will support our client with daily activities, ensuring safety, comfort, and independence at home and in the community. Hours vary week-to-week, offering a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): Light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and general household organization.

Transportation & Outings:

Safe transport to local medical appointments, therapy visits, grocery shopping, and running daily errands.

Companionship:

Engaging respectfully and providing attentive supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, or personal caregiver preferred.

Dog Friendly:

Must be fully comfortable around dogs in the home.

Smoke-Free:

Must be a strict non-smoker .

Transportation:

Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance (required for transporting client).

Reliability:

Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a caring demeanor.

Background Check:

Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
