Wall Residences provides high-quality community services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking part-time, experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) for our Supported Living and In-Home Care services in the Lynchburg, VA areas to include Lynchburg, Madison Heights, Amherst, Concord, Bedford, and Forest. Must be flexible to work a evenings or weekends if needed. Our In-Home and Supported Living Care DSP's assist individuals with domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking, and organizing. Help individuals enrich their own lives through exploring volunteer opportunities, support personal care needs, providing transportation and any needed advocacy for medical/dental appointments, and assisting with medication administration. Successful candidates are detail-oriented and able keep accurate notes to ensure continuity of quality care. If you are passionate about making a difference in your community and the lives of other people, we want to talk to you!
