This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours of care per day, 7 days a week , following a structured Goals and Objectives Plan tailored to her needs. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation Provide mobility assistance, as needed Administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation of care Engage her in therapeutic and recreational activities in alignment with the Goals and Objectives Plan Perform wound care for open sores, following instructions from healthcare providers Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment Ensure her safety, dignity, and well-being at all times Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or home health preferred Ability to follow a structured care plan and adapt to changing needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to enhancing quality of life Reliable, punctual, and professional Must pass a background check CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Work Schedule 8 hours per day, 7 days a week (We are open to discussing how the schedule is structured.)
