Available Shifts Day Shift:
8:00 AM- 4:00 PM — Starting at $15.
Evening Shift:
4:00 PM- 12:00 AM — Starting at $15.
Overnight Shift:
12:00 AM- 8:00 AM — Starting at $14.
Required Availability:

Employees who demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic often have opportunities to pick up additional shifts throughout the year. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered support that promotes independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.Responsibilities include:
Assisting individuals with activities of daily living Medication administration (training provided) Meal planning and meal preparation Laundry and light housekeeping Completing daily documentation and progress notes Assisting with personal care when needed Encouraging independence and personal choice Planning and participating in recreational and community engagement activities Transporting individuals to appointments and community outings (when applicable) Building positive, respectful relationships with the individuals we support Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Communicating effectively with supervisors, coworkers, healthcare professionals, and family members No Experience? No Certification? No Problem! No Direct Support Professional certification or prior experience is required to begin employment. We provide comprehensive paid, on-the-job training and pay for all required certifications. As you successfully complete required certifications and training milestones, you'll become eligible for performance-based wage increases. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment screenings Ability to safely assist individuals receiving services Ability to complete required paid training and certifications Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, CNA, PCA, Residential Counselor, Behavioral Health Technician, or in Human Services is helpful, but not required .
