Applicants from education , recreation , caregiving and other people-focused backgrounds are welcome, with or without supported-living experience.

Shifts:

7am to 3 pm

• 3 openings 3pm to 11 pm
• 2 openings 11pm to 7 am awake overnight
• 2 openings Float/relief
• 1 opening Expectations Take initiative, follow routines, and participate in puzzles, word searches, outings, and other preferred activities.

Accompany on daily walks, including in ordinary rain or cold, when safe. Deliver direct personal care assistance to clients, supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks. Provide transportation for appointments or community outings using personal transportation. Knowledge of infection control practices (blood borne pathogens) and first aid procedures such as CPR certification. Personal cellphone use during active support must be limited to brief, necessary matters. Overnight staff must remain awake and attentive. Day, evening, and float staff covering those shifts need their own insured vehicle, a valid license, and willingness to transport her. Overnight-only staff aren't required to drive her. ASL skills or willingness to learn are welcome. Background check required.

Preferred:

current completed 40 hours DSHS Core Basic Training Course. Apply with your shift availability, resume/relevant experience, and 2 work references.
