We're a well-established wedding and event stationery studio based in Bellevue, with over 25 years of experience creating elevated, design-forward paper goods. We work with engaged couples, wedding planners, designers, and event professionals nationwide—and we're looking for an outgoing, creative, polished Sales Specialist to join our in-studio team. Week:
Saturday (can grow to 2 days a week during the busy season0 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM In-studio (not remote) What You'll Do Greet and guide couples, planners, and clients through stationery options, timelines, and pricing Lead in-studio and virtual consultations (these are 45-90 minute sales conversations, not order-taking) Help clients navigate paper types, printing methods, color palettes, and budgets Write up consultation notes, estimates, and invoices following each appointment Answer phones and respond to incoming inquiries with warmth and professionalism Follow up on consultations and leads via email and phone Provide quotes, invoices, and payments (QuickBooks experience a plus; training provided) During Slower Periods When the consultation calendar is quiet, you'll help with: Administrative work and inventory checks Assembling wedding invitation suites: taping envelope liners and stationery pockets, collating cards (invitations, RSVP, details), and stuffing envelopes Applying finishing touches like belly bands and decorative elements Quality checking finished pieces Supporting order fulfillment, including packaging and mailing out shipments Sample prep and studio organization During busier times, there may be opportunity to expand hours. This is a hands-on role in a working studio—consultations, admin, and production support all flow together.
