Flexible; daytime, evening, and/or weekend classes may be available Brilliant Concepts Trainers is seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and professional Home Care Aide Training Instructor to join our training team. The instructor will provide classroom and practical skills instruction to students preparing to work as Home Care Aides and caregivers. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching adults and helping future caregivers develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to provide safe and compassionate care. Responsibilities Teach Home Care Aide training courses according to the approved curriculum. Provide classroom, online, and/or hands-on skills instruction as assigned. Demonstrate proper caregiving techniques and supervise student skills practice. Prepare students for required assessments and practical skills examinations. Maintain accurate attendance, training, and student progress records. Provide a respectful and supportive learning environment. Follow school policies and applicable Washington State training requirements. Communicate professionally with students and school administration. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, caregiving, nursing, long-term care, home care, or a related field. Previous teaching, training, or staff-development experience preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds. Reliable, organized, patient, and professional. Current healthcare-related licenses, certifications, or instructor credentials are strongly preferred where applicable. Familiarity with Washington State Home Care Aide training requirements is preferred.
