No Worries Care is looking for caring, reliable people to join our team as Home Care Aides, supporting clients right in their own homes. HCA or CNA certification is a plus — but it's not a dealbreaker. We're open to caregivers who haven't gotten certified yet, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us. What you'll be doing day to day: helping with bathing/dressing/grooming/mobility, medication reminders per care plan and HIPAA rules, cooking meals and nutrition help, caring for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's/memory conditions, using Hoyer lifts for safe transfers, watching for and reporting health/behavior changes, light housekeeping, accurate notes, engaging clients in supportive activities, and CPR/first aid/infection control basics. What we're looking for: experience in homes/assisted living/nursing homes/hospice; attentive to condition changes; hands-on compassionate ADL approach; understanding of medication reminders and care plans; dementia/arthritis/mobility experience a bonus; good communicator; physically able to help with transfers; CPR/First Aid a plus (training available); HIPAA/privacy respect; openness to diverse clients.
