Exceptional Foresters Inc. is currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mason & Thurston County. Current Openings Day Shift (6:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM) Swing Shift (2:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM) Graveyard Shift (10:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM) Full-Time Positions Available Pay Incentives Starting wage is $22.00 +$1.00/hour for active CNA certification. This takes place on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • Additional wage incentives may be available for verified healthcare experience through the Employment Security Department (ESD), with eligible experience potentially qualifying for up to an additional $3.

Responsibilities Include Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal growth Assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, hygiene, budgeting, and medication routines Encouraging community involvement, recreation, and social engagement Transporting clients to appointments, activities, and outings using company vehicles Following individualized care and behavioral support plans Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with team members, guardians, and medical professionals Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for those we serve Flexibility to work in different homes or support locations as operational and client needs may change unexpectedly.
