Exceptional Foresters Inc. is currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mason & Thurston County. Current Openings Day Shift (6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM) Swing Shift (2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM) Graveyard Shift (10:00 PM
- 6:00 AM) Full-Time Positions Available Pay Incentives Starting wage is $22.00 +$1.00/hour for active CNA certification. This takes place on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
- Additional wage incentives may be available for verified healthcare experience through the Employment Security Department (ESD), with eligible experience potentially qualifying for up to an additional $3.
