Unlike many traditional caregiving roles, much of our support focuses on coaching, supervision, relationship-building, and encouraging resident independence rather than extensive hands-on personal care. We are looking for compassionate, patient caregivers who enjoy helping others achieve their goals while maintaining dignity and independence. Caregiver, You Will:

Support residents with daily living activities, including dressing, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed Encourage resident independence through guidance, coaching, and positive reinforcement Build meaningful relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries Assist residents with appointments, community outings, recreational activities, and personal goals Monitor resident well-being and report changes in condition or behavior Complete daily documentation and progress notes Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive living environment One of the things that makes our communities unique is the support available to our caregiving staff. Our Med Tech team coordinates medication administration, allowing caregivers to focus on resident engagement, daily support, and promoting independence.
