Caregiver, You Will:
Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries Help residents prepare for appointments, outings, and daily activities Complete daily documentation and progress notes One of the things that makes our community unique is the support available to our caregiving staff. Dedicated kitchen staff provide three meals per day, and our Med Techs and Nursing team manage medications, allowing caregivers to focus on supporting and engaging with residents. If you're a compassionate, patient individual who enjoys helping others, we'd love to hear from you. Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of experience in caregiving or direct support in a licensed facility Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Compassion, patience, and emotional stability Ability to remain calm in stressful or unpredictable situations Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition or behavior Ability to support resident independence while providing appropriate care Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Requirements Ability to pass a Washington State background check Active HCA, CNA, or NAR credential Authorized to work in the United States Preferred (Not Required at Time of Application) CPR/First Aid Certification (training available) Dementia, Mental Health, or Developmental Disabilities certification Required by First Day of Employment Washington State Food Worker Card Benefits Up to $2,100 Annual Attendance Bonus $2,000 Sign-On Bonus 401(k) with 3% Employer Match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (60% employer paid) PTO and Holiday Pay (time and a half) Referral Bonuses Paid Training and Continuing Education Apply today to join a team that values both its residents and its employees.Pay:
