What You'll Do Provide personalized care and support based on Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping. Accompany clients to community activities, appointments, and recreational events. Advocate for client rights and implement Positive Behavioral Support strategies. Drive clients using company or personal vehicles (mileage reimbursed). Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client progress. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.

Valid WA State License:

NAR, HCA, or CNA required. Completion of 75-hour training (including CPR, First Aid, and Nurse Delegation Certification). Ability to pass required state background checks. Authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
