Key Responsibilities Assist individuals in working toward their personal goals through daily programming and activities. Provide encouragement, coaching, and support to develop life, social, and work readiness skills. Promote independence while respecting each person's choices, rights, and dignity. Support community inclusion through recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, and community outings. Build positive relationships with community partners and resources that help individuals achieve their goals. Assist with personal care needs when necessary, including feeding, hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Observe, document, and maintain accurate records of daily activities, behaviors, and progress. Lead and participate in group activities that encourage learning, engagement, and social interaction. Safely transport individuals using agency vehicles, including vans and small buses. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in human services, caregiving, healthcare, education, or related fields is preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate agency vehicles.
