Were looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, youll work directly with children and youth, helping them build essential life skills, improve communication, and gain independence in their daily lives.

What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelors degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred)Experience working with youth or individuals with special needs (preferred)Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (preferred)Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
Must be 18+Schedule & Program DetailsOur Education Program follows the academic school-year calendar, with typical shifts scheduled Monday-Friday between 7:30AM-4:30PM. Summer employment for Education staff is not guaranteed but may be available based on program needs and staff availability.
