We're seeking a caring Personal Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to an adult receiving Self-Directed Supports (SDS) services.

$16.32-$20.21 per hour

Hours:

Approximately 33 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday:

6:00 PM-7:00

PM Weekends:

8:30 AM-2:30 PM and 6:00 PM-7:00 PM This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to help someone live safely, comfortably, and independently while building a meaningful connection.

What You'll Do:

Assist with transfers using a mechanical lift (training available for the right candidate) Provide medication reminders and assistance as directed Apply creams and assist with oral care Support range-of-motion exercises Assist with personal care while promoting dignity and independence Provide companionship and encouragement throughout the day About the

Pay:
