Job Description

Part-Time Positions | near Stratford, WI A private employer in Marshfield/Stratford is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or retired nursing professionals to provide skilled, one-on-one personal care in a private home. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and values providing individualized, high-quality care outside of a facility setting. You will work directly for the individual receiving services in a professional home environment where respect, reliability, and confidentiality are essential. The employer highly values professionalism and demonstrated skills.
Schedule Current hours include:
8am- 2pm weekdays 9am - 1pm weekends
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Primary Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include: Skilled personal care and hygiene assistance Catheter management Bowel program assistance, including manual evacuation Manual transfers and mobility support Range-of-motion exercises Skin monitoring and wound care Medication reminders Light household tasks related to daily care Driving my personal vehicle- MUST have valid driver's license The position requires the ability to safely perform physical transfers and lift more than 50 pounds when necessary.
Qualifications Candidates should have:
Current CNA certification or previous nursing licensure with relevant hands-on experience- this is NOT an entry-level position At least one year of experience in a hospital, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing environment Reliable transportation with a backup plan The ability to pass a caregiver background check Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and excellent communication Who Will Be Successful This opportunity is best suited for someone who is clinically confident, physically capable, and comfortable working independently in a private home. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and maintaining professional boundaries are essential. If you take pride in providing compassionate, skilled care while respecting an individual's independence and privacy, this could be an excellent fit. This is a direct-hire position. You will be employed directly by the individual receiving services rather than through an agency.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
