Job Description

In Home Care Worker Support Broker Services LLC Middleton, WI Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Driving Full Job Description Caregiver Wanted in Middleton - $20/Hour, Evenings (5-8 PM), Flexible Days Looking for steady part-time hours that actually fit your life — and work that means something? This is a one-on-one caregiving role with a Middleton resident, evenings only, paying $20/hour.
What makes this different:
You won't be one of dozens of employees at a big agency. You'll be hired directly by the person you're caring for, building a real relationship instead of being shuffled between assignments. Support Broker Services, LLC makes the introduction and walks you through the hiring process — but the working relationship is just you and your client. Their care is funded through Wisconsin's IRIS or Family Care program. What you'll be doing: Helping with personal care and hygiene in a way that supports independence. Light housekeeping — laundry, dishes, keeping the home safe and tidy.
Genuine companionship:
conversation, shared activities, being present. Supporting your client's personal goals and favorite pastimes. Driving to appointments, running errands, grocery and pharmacy trips.
What we need from you:
Patience, encouragement, and a real desire to make a difference. Reliability people can count on. A valid driver's license, insurance, and a vehicle (you'll be driving during your shift). Ability to get to Middleton consistently. Respect for your client's privacy and dignity.
The details:
$20.00/hour, paid through the client's long-term care funding. Part-time, evenings — mainly 5:00-8:00 PM, with flexibility on which days. A car is required for the role. Great fit for students, parents balancing other commitments, or anyone wanting meaningful extra income. Why caregivers stick with this work: You see the impact of what you do immediately, and you build skills — patience, communication, problem-solving — that carry into every part of life. Interested? Apply today and start a role where your time and your care actually matter.
