Looking for Home Health Aide to provide services in the Milwaukee Area. Clean Background Check, Reliable Transportation, CNA, CBRF Certified. Looking for Caregiver 3pm to 9pm.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services Other duties as assigned
