Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Personal Care Assistant and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring compassionate, personalized support. This is an overnight position and hours are 7pm-7am and include every other weekend . In general the position allows for some rest. In this vital role, you will provide assistance with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents or clients. Your energetic approach and attentive care will help foster a positive atmosphere where individuals can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your caregiving skills while making a lasting impact in the community.

Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety Maintain accurate care plans and document patient progress, observations, and any incidents diligently Engage in light cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards within living or care areas Qualifications Compassionate attitude with communication skills to connect effectively with residents and team members Valid driver's license Ability to pass caregiver background check Benefits 100% employer paid platinum health insurance Paid time off Employer matched retirement plan
