Part-Time Home Health and Caregiver Waukesha Flexible Schedule Looking for meaningful, flexible work where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable person to join a small, stable, and supportive team providing one-on-one support to a sweet 22-year-old young man with autism in his own apartment. This is not an institutional setting, it is his home. Our goal is to help him live a full, meaningful life while building genuine relationships with the people who support him. Flexible Schedule Part-time hours available. First and second shift opportunities. Shifts range from 2 to 5 hours . We will work with the right candidate to build a schedule that fits both your availability and care needs. Vehicle provided for all transport Responsibilities Provide engaging, one-on-one support throughout the shift. Assist with daily living skills, personal cares, meal preparation, community outings, medication administration and recreational activities. Help create a positive, respectful, and engaging environment where he is valued and supported. Some shifts are worked independently, while other shifts overlap with another staff member who may be assisting with different responsibilities. Applicants must be comfortable and confident working independently while also collaborating as part of a close-knit team. Qualifications Experience supporting individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is required. Thorough reference and background checks will be completed. Kind, patient, dependable, and emotionally mature. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
