Hours:

8 hours a week | Hours are provided to allow the spouse to have time for self care and personal appointments. Veteran is requesting

for professional engagement and supervision. Supervision and attentiveness is required. Duties/Responsisbilities Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meal preparation, light cleaning, and household chores to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Supervision and attentiveness is required. Facilitate engagement by supporting participation in recreational activities, professional companionship, and social interactions while respecting the veterans rights. Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, observations, and incident reports in compliance with healthcare standards. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols, assisting with heavy lifting when necessary, and practicing first aid or CPR in emergencies. Experience Prior experience working in home care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to observe patients closely through patient monitoring and observation skills. Knowledge of following a care plan, medication administration procedures, HIPAA privacy regulations, and client rights. Familiarity with senior care practices including geriatrics and personal care. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. CPR certification is a plus. Join us in delivering compassionate care that transforms lives! $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
