Responsibilities Assist with animal handling, restraint to ensure safe and stress-free interactions Maintain cleanliness of kennels, cages, and treatment areas following aseptic techniques to prevent infection Help with animal intake and discharge processes, including record-keeping and documentation of treatments Aid in pet care activities like feeding, bathing, and administering medications as directed Contribute to animal husbandry tasks including cleaning enclosures, monitoring health status, and observing behavioral changes Experience Previous kennel experience or hands-on animal handling is highly preferred Experience in dog training or pet grooming enhances your ability to handle diverse animals confidently Knowledge of animal anatomy, restraint techniques, and aseptic procedures is beneficial Strong understanding of pet care principles and animal husbandry practices is essential Certification or experience in veterinary terminology or laboratory work is desirable Join us in providing exceptional animal care!
