Our client, a leading organization within the medical device and healthcare technology industry , is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the Product Development and Engineering group supporting laboratory testing, prototype development, and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset , which will contribute to success within the organization.

PM Pay Range:
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour What's the Job? Execute laboratory testing and product evaluation activities according to established test protocols. Collect, compile, analyze, and document technical data, test results, and engineering changes. Support prototype development, test fixture setup, and equipment qualification efforts. Assist engineers with product development projects and routine technical tasks. Maintain laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, preventative maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures. What's Needed? High School Diploma with 4-6 years of laboratory, technician, manufacturing, or regulated-environment experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience following written procedures, test methods, SOPs, or regulated work instructions. Hands-on experience performing testing, documenting results, and preparing technical reports. Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience in laboratory, R D, product development, medical device, manufacturing, or engineering environments preferred. What's in It for Me?
