As a Laboratory Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring product quality through testing and analysis. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to deliver accurate results that support product development and quality assurance. What You'll Do As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for

• Performing a variety of routine physical tests on prepregs, adhesives, plastics, and other receiving goods
• Setting up, conducting, and monitoring mechanical testing procedures
• Maintaining and calibrating test equipment and fixtures to ensure accurate results
• Reading and understanding detailed test plans and procedures
• Following established internal test facility manuals, procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols
• Managing and scheduling internal testing activities efficiently
• Coordinating with engineers and technical staff to support testing projects
• Monitoring and documenting test results meticulously to ensure data integrity What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have
• Machine shop experience from high school or earlier work experience in a technical environment
• Hands-on experience with cars, construction, or other manual work that demonstrates practical skills
• A solid technical background with at least 2 years in production, laboratory, or similar technical settings
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)
