This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to cutting-edge ink technology development while gaining valuable hands-on laboratory experience. Key Responsibilities Research & Development Support Assist in formulation development and testing of innovative ink products Conduct controlled experiments under supervision and document findings Prepare samples and materials for testing protocols Support product development initiatives from concept through implementation Quality Control Operations Execute routine quality control testing procedures with precision Monitor product consistency and performance standards Maintain accurate testing records and data analysis Identify and report quality variances or concerns Laboratory Operations & Management Maintain comprehensive laboratory documentation and filing systems Manage inventory of chemicals, supplies, and testing materials Ensure laboratory cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration schedules Support general laboratory operations and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Entry-level position; minimal relevant laboratory or technical experience preferred but not required
Skills:
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
