About IHDLab Innovative Health Diagnostics (IHDLab) is a clinical laboratory and Diagnostic-as-a-Service (DaaS) provider supporting healthcare organizations nationwide. Our 3PL operations team plays a critical role in assembling and distributing compliant diagnostic testing kits to providers and patients. We are seeking a detail-oriented 3PL Kitting & Fulfillment Specialist to support diagnostic kit assembly and order fulfillment in a regulated healthcare environment. This role requires precision, consistency, and adherence to established procedures. It is not a general warehouse role — accuracy and compliance are essential. Position Overview The 3PL Kitting & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for assembling diagnostic testing kits according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all materials are correctly selected, labeled, documented, and packaged prior to shipment. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnostic Kit Assembly Assemble healthcare diagnostic kits according to detailed SOPs Verify correct components, labeling, lot numbers, and expiration dates Ensure materials are handled properly to prevent contamination or damage Maintain organized and clean workstations Order Fulfillment & Shipping Accurately fulfill outgoing kit orders Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipment Assist with inventory tracking and component management Flag inventory discrepancies or supply shortages Quality & Compliance Adhere strictly to quality assurance standards Perform final checks before shipment Maintain documentation accuracy for production and tracking Support audit readiness by following proper procedures Team Collaboration Work closely with operations and laboratory teams Assist during high-volume periods with efficiency and attention to detail Contribute to workflow improvement initiatives Qualifications 1+ year experience in kitting, healthcare, medical office, regulated production, or fulfillment preferred Experience in laboratory, pharmacy, sterile processing, or medical assistant roles is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written procedures precisely Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks High school diploma or equivalent required
