We are seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join IQVIA Laboratories in Valencia, CA .
Schedule:

Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician performs routine laboratory analyses and supports day‑to‑day testing activities in alignment with SOPs and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate data generation, documentation, and timely communication with cross‑functional partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform and document analytical laboratory procedures in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines Conduct routine data analysis and assess results for accuracy and expected performance Escalate unusual findings or potential errors to senior laboratory staff Prepare and upload data analysis results to the LIMS system under guidance Support quality investigations, deviations, and process improvements
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with routine laboratory techniques and equipment Working knowledge of GLP or other applicable regulatory standards Ability to perform laboratory calculations including averages, means, standard deviations, and QC metrics Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for
