Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct a range of laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other bodily fluids Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory instruments Record, interpret, and review test findings accurately Adhere to established protocols to ensure sample integrity and testing reliability Recognize and address abnormal results following clinical guidelines Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Actively participate in internal quality assurance initiatives Maintain thorough and organized documentation
